His doctoral studies took him to the University of Pittsburgh, where he earned a doctorate in educational administration and policy research and management. Dr. works as a teacher and director. Narcisse opened a middle school in Pittsburgh Public Schools and led a turnaround at Boston Public High School. Dr. Narcisse is Director of School Performance and Acting Director of School Improvement for Montgomery County Public Schools in Maryland; He was assistant superintendent of school improvement for 74 schools in Prince George's County Public Schools, Maryland, and second in charge of 159 schools in Metro Nashville Public Schools.
Board meetings are held on the first and third Thursday of each month in the school board office at 5:00 p.m. All meetings are open to the public.
