Emory University Calendar 2023 – This year's class includes 15 new students and five returning alumni from medical schools across the country, including recent partner schools, Morehouse School of Medicine, A.T. Steele University, University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences, Indiana University School of Medicine and Texas Christian University School of Medicine.
The ElevateMeD Scholars Program is a multidisciplinary program designed to develop the next generation of African American/Black, Latino and Native American physician leaders. Each scholar will receive a $10,000 stipend for each year remaining in their medical degree, as well as physician counseling, access to peer network support, leadership development opportunities and financial management education.

"Our 2022-2023 cohort is made up of dynamic future physician leaders, and we are excited to be a part of their journey," said the group's head of scholarships, Dr. Tiffany Hardaway. 40 applicants on nominations from 19 ElevateMeD partner medical schools.
