Early Voting – Early voting will take place in person in the basement of the Courthouse Annex (SunTrust Building). Absentee Ballot – Under certain circumstances, registered voters may request that a paper ballot be mailed to them and returned to the Election Commission by U.S. mail. The first day to request a ballot is 90 days before the election and the last day to request a ballot is 7 days before Election Day. All ballots must be received by the Giles County Election Commission by US Mail by the close of the polls on Election Day.
