We are located on the UNM Health Sciences Center campus, between the majestic Sandia Mountains to the east and the Rio Grande Valley to the west. Northern New Mexico is a high desert. (Albuquerque is 5,000 feet above sea level) The weather is good year round. It is the only place in the world where you can ski in the mountains in the morning. And bike riding in shorts in the canyon that same afternoon. A special place for true outdoor enthusiasts.

If you are attending an institution that offers classes every quarter (4 semesters per year in fall, winter, spring and summer for 11-12 weeks), you must demonstrate to PTCAS that you meet the requirements. For example: we need a 4 semester long, 2 semester credits anatomy/physiology course and lab, 4 semester credits = 6 quarter marks, to complete our anatomy/physiology first. You must earn 12th quarter marks of A/P. You can do this through A/P courses in 3rd quarter or by combining 3 relevant anatomy/physiology courses with 12th quarter credits.
Please check the prerequisites you have selected. We accept/substitute only a 0.33 credit deduction (3 quarter credits = 2.67 semester credits) for the third quarter psychology and statistics requirement. All other requirements must satisfy the semester credit requirements.
