Wc Calendar 2023 – Union Cyclists International (UCI) and Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) has announced the new calendar for the 2023 UCI Mountain Bike World Cup and Enduro World Series. The plan will bring together all major mountain bike formats under one common calendar for the first time and will take riders across three continents to ten countries.

As mountain biking enters a new era, riders and fans alike can look forward to the Olympic cross-country, short-track cross-country, downhill and enduro events lined up for the first time in the sport's history. More details on the E-Mountain Bike Enduro and Cross Country Marathon will be released in September 2022. The new look calendar will see some of the mountain bike formats sit side by side for the first time, competing in teams to maximize sustainability and innovation. Places get a global start, while premium sites retain their place in the calendar.

The updated calendar was developed by the UCI in collaboration with ESO Sports and Discovery Sports events, two of the WBD's specialist sports organisations.

England Football A3 Calendar 2023

With 15 rounds covering 34 races organized around the world, the combined 2023 calendar for the UCI Mountain Bike World Cup and Enduro World Series will see action in ten countries on three continents. Olympic cross-country skiing and cross-country short course have a total of nine rounds each, while downhill and enduro have eight each. In addition to packaging new areas, established areas are getting new forms on the way.

The new structure will reflect the growth of the sport by improving the different shapes of each mountain bike, reaching new audiences and improving the experience for fans watching from the station and from home. ESO Sports, owner and operator of the Enduro World Series (EWS) and recently invested in WBD, will take the project to new heights in collaboration with the UCI, uniting mountain biking at an international level. Discovery Sports Events, a global promoter and event management leader, is expanding its relationship with the UCI to expand the sport to a global audience.

UCI President David Lipparten said the 2023 UCI Mountain Bike World Cup and Enduro World Series calendar is a major step in our efforts to modernize mountain biking, one of our five Olympic disciplines. Including cross-country marathon and e-mountain bike enduro events on the calendar, including Olympic cross-country, short-track and downhill, the events will take on new dimensions, bringing together more players and fans, while welcoming back traditional venues that have been highly valued on for years to introduce new hosts for certain stages. We look forward to this collaboration between UCI and Warner Bros. Discovery, which will significantly increase the global exposure of mountain biking. It allows the sport to grow internationally.

"We have done our best to group venues in geographical proximity to reduce the season's travel footprint and increase efficiency for everyone at the Tour. We will host a new program of events with integrated formats. Offer a unique new experience for riders who have never been connected before and take advantage of what's available everywhere to deliver the best racing on the planet." And important race tracks remain on the calendar.

Racing begins in March with an enduro doubleheader in Tasmania, Australia, first at New Place Medina, then the Derby.

As the UCI Mountain Bike World Cup cross-country season kicks off in Limburg-Valkenburg, the Netherlands, Nove Mesto Moravje in the Czech Republic will host the second round of cross-country skiing.

The competition comes thick and fast in June, when the enduro heads to its spiritual home in Italy's Fennikelligure, followed by cross-country and downhill in Lanzarote, Switzerland. From there, it's a big weekend in Austria's Liugang, where races such as cross-country, downhill and enduro all take to the region's famous mountains and gather for the first time in the same place. Enduro then heads to Italy's Val di Fassa Trentino, while cross-country and downhill go to Italy's Val di Sol Trentino.

Preliminary Competition Calendars Published

In July and August there is a long break from competition, allowing athletes to rest before the 2023 UCI Cycling World Championships in Glasgow and Scotland (UK) in August. Get over the midseason.

The race returns to Vallenord Paul Arenal in Andorra at the end of August with cross-country and downhill. All types of mountain biking come together again in France.

The last race is held in North America. Canada's famous Mont Saint-Anne circuit serves as the final round of cross-country and slalom skiing in the United States before the season ends.

Tractors Calendar 2023

As the UCI begins to present its new vision of the future of mountain biking, the organization wants to benefit from the WBD's international reputation and media platforms: it has partnered with two WDD specialist organisations. ESO Sports will work with Discovery Sports Events to provide the organization, media production and distribution, promotion and merchandising of the UCI Mountain Bike World Cup.
