Wvu Spring 2023 Calendar – The West Virginia University Culture and Engagement Survey has been postponed until Spring 2023 to facilitate interaction with key stakeholders across the University and to ensure a successful survey experience for faculty and staff.
The WVU Culture and Engagement Survey was originally scheduled to begin in spring 2022 and then moved to this fall based on feedback from faculty and staff.

The transition will allow leadership teams and organizational development teams to collaborate with members of our community to encourage participation in research and ensure WVU delivers meaningful results from this important work.

Last spring, all relevant employees were given a survey to gather more feedback on the question set and provide a brief overview of the new Dialog research platform. , called "Waggl."
Based on feedback from faculty and staff in more than 30 focus groups, several changes were made to the design and questionnaire of the West Virginia University Culture and Engagement Survey last year.
More information and updates on the WVU Culture and Participation Survey will be released in the coming months. Currently, a questionnaire for the current survey can be found on the Talent & Culture website.
