Stanford Calendar 2023-24 – Welcome to the R&DE Student House! This Housing Agreement contains the legal terms, conditions and policies that you agree to each time you apply for housing. The Residence Agreement reflects the expectations of Stanford University and Residence & Dining Enterprises (R&DE) to ensure a successful housing year for you and other members of your community. This Residential Agreement is a legally binding and binding agreement. All students must agree to the terms of the housing agreement when they submit their housing application to Axess. By accepting the residency agreement, you agree to the terms, conditions, and policies established by Stanford University and R&DE. This agreement is valid when you are offered a place by T&DE Student Housing. By applying to Axess, graduates may be allowed to live in the building without registering for the quarter immediately after graduation. Applications are processed and accepted according to the following criteria:

After submitting an application to Axess, graduate students may be allowed to live in housing as an undocumented student during the fall, winter, or spring quarter if the following criteria must be met:
