Family Resource Coordinators – Family Resource Coordinators focus on working with families to access resources and provide support. Providers include East End Community Services, Omega CDC, Dayton Children's Hospital, McKinley United Methodist Church, Grace United Methodist Church, and the Greater Dayton YMCA. (Elementary schools: Louis Troy, Kaiser, Ruskin, Fairview, Cleveland, Roosevelt, and Edison.) Please contact the principal for contact information for your family resource coordinator.

McKinney-Vento – The Dayton Public Schools McKinney-Vento Homeless Children and Youth Programs ensure that all homeless children and youth have equal access to a free and appropriate public education, including public school education. Parent, Family and Community Council – The purpose of the Dayton Public Schools Parent, Family and Community Council (PFCC) is to strengthen and support community involvement and family involvement. Student Interest Coordinators and Behavioral Health Therapists – Student Interest Coordinators (SRC) are located in every Dayton Public Schools building and manage long-term counseling needs for students. Student behavioral therapists handle short-term counseling needs. Both SRCs and student behavioral therapists provide consultation services through a contract with Dayton Children's Hospital. There is one student behavior therapist for every two schools in the district. If your student needs mental health support, please contact the principal.

School-Based Health Center – The School-Based Health Center is located inside Roosevelt Elementary and serves students, families, staff and community members regardless of insurance. Summer Food Service Program – Free meals are available to all children under the age of 18 who are under the age of 18 or have been designated by a state or local public education agency to be mentally or physically disabled and who Participates in a public or private nonprofit during the school year. Brunner Literacy Center – The Brunner Literacy Center (BLC) works to improve literacy in the Miami Valley. BLC is the only center that offers free one-on-one tutoring to English language learners with any adult who wants to help them learn literacy.
